Play Nahlakh Online
Roll up six doomed adventurers, then watch them get wrecked in brutal turn-based fights where one wrong step means reloading. Graph paper recommended—those dungeons don’t hold your hand.

Nahlakh is a 1994 MS-DOS RPG developed by Tom Proudfoot. It came out during a time when many complex, unforgiving dungeon crawlers were vying for attention, and it fits right into that niche without much fanfare. You won't find flashy cutscenes or voice acting here; it's a game that expects you to meet it on its own terms.
You control a party of up to six characters, each with their own stats and skills, and guide them through a dangerous, monster-infested world. The main goal is to survive, explore, and complete quests in a large, interconnected dungeon. The game uses screen-by-screen movement, turn-based combat where positioning and tactics are critical, and deep character development. It's notoriously difficult, with frequent deaths forcing careful planning and many reloads. Playing Nahlakh feels like a constant, tense calculation of risk and reward.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
