I’ll admit, some of these games feel brutally hard by today’s standards—Galaga’s enemy patterns still mess me up—but that’s part of the charm. The DS controls work surprisingly well for arcade ports, though good luck nailing those tight Pac-Man turns with the d-pad. If you’ve got nostalgia for pixel-perfect ghosts and spaceship swarms, this one’s a no-brainer.
