You play as a cop (or team up with a friend) storming through eight levels of absolute madness—junkyards, subways, even a freaking nursery—all to take down the Mr. Big Corporation. The goal? Collect enough safe cards to unlock each level's exit, but good luck getting there without getting blown up first.

The enemies are ridiculous in the best way: attack dogs, a guy named Kinky Pinky, and Dr. Spike Rush, who sounds like a rejected pro wrestler. You can shoot them or arrest them (if you're feeling noble), but they'll absolutely unload on you the second you're in sight. Ammo's tight—your shotgun runs out fast, and those missile launchers? Save a few for Mr. Big unless you want a bad time.

Oh, and enemies drop random loot when they explode—cash, drugs (ironic, given the game's message), ammo, sometimes safe cards. Even if you've got the cards to leave, you might stick around just to cause more carnage. The chopper backup and that weirdly shiny car help, but mostly it's you versus an army of goons. Classic NES chaos.
