So Metro City's usual hero, Vortex, got taken out by some crime boss named Sutekh—classic supervillain move. Now it's up to you, Nightshade, the hero no one's ever heard of, to clean up the mess. The game's got this weirdly funny vibe where you're basically a B-list superhero trying to act like you belong.
You'll spend most of your time poking around the city, talking to people (or threatening them—your call), and picking up random junk that might be useful later. The controls are simple—just a menu of actions like look, take, or punch this guy in the face. And yeah, there are fight scenes too, where you can jump, kick, and duck like a proper brawler. It's janky in that old NES way, but that's half the charm.
