Numbers Paradise came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, though I don't recall who made it. It was one of those puzzle games that felt right at home on the SNES, sitting alongside other brain-teasers that didn't rely on flashy graphics.
You don't control a character, just a cursor that selects numbered tiles on a grid. The goal is to clear the board by matching numbers that add up to a target sum, often triggering cascading combos when one match causes others to fall into place. Later stages introduce multipliers that drastically increase your score if you can chain them together. The pacing starts deceptively calm but quickly becomes frantic, demanding quick mental math under a strict timer. It feels like your brain is doing sprints while your fingers try to keep up.
