Game Overview
Obitus_Disk0 for the Amiga is one of those weird, early '90s dungeon crawlers that feels like it was made by someone who played too much D&D and had just discovered digitized sound. You start in this gloomy castle, armed with nothing but a sword and some seriously pixelated determination, and the game wastes no time throwing monsters at you. The graphics are chunky, the controls take some getting used to, and the music loops in a way that either hypnotizes you or drives you mad.
What’s cool about it, though, is how unapologetically brutal it is—no hand-holding, no tutorials, just you and a maze of corridors filled with creatures that want to murder you. The first time I played, I got lost almost immediately and got jumped by a skeleton. Classic Amiga charm.
