One Piece - Gear Spirit is one of those DS games that actually makes decent use of the touchscreen—you’re swiping to pull off Luffy’s attacks, tapping to dodge, and occasionally dragging to trigger special moves. It’s chaotic in the best way, especially when you’ve got three Straw Hats brawling at once.
The roster’s got all the usual suspects (Zoro’s triple swords still feel overpowered, honestly), and the cel-shaded sprites hold up surprisingly well. Just don’t expect a deep story—it’s mostly arcade-style fights with some light RPG upgrades between rounds. Perfect for quick sessions when you want to punch a Marine or two.
