You control one of two diabetic elephants, Packy or Marlon, navigating through maze-like levels in a summer camp. Your main goal is to collect insulin and blood glucose test strips while avoiding enemies like raccoons and rats that steal your supplies. The game plays screen by screen, requiring you to manage your health meter and find keys to unlock doors. It moves at a deliberate pace, with a difficulty that comes more from planning your route than quick reflexes. Playing it feels like a thoughtful, slightly tense puzzle where every item matters.
