Play Paragliding Online
Launch off a hill, fumble with thermals, and pray you don’t eat mountainside—once you get the hang of it, those pixelated updrafts feel weirdly rewarding. The canyon levels will humble you fast.

Paragliding came out in 1991 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, developed by Loriciel SA. It was a simple but effective simulation for its time, capturing the quiet tension of flight on home computers when such experiences were still novel. The game didn't try to be flashy; it just gave you a glider and some sky, and that was enough.
You control a paraglider pilot using the keyboard to adjust your angle and catch rising columns of warm air called thermals. The goal is to fly as far as possible without crashing into the ground or obstacles. Key mechanics include managing your altitude carefully, navigating around rock formations, and timing your landings on small platforms. The pacing is slow and deliberate, but the penalty for mistakes is immediate; one wrong move sends you back to the start. It feels patient and precise, like solving a quiet puzzle in the air.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
