If you're into classic Amiga shooters, this one's a solid pick—feels like a love letter to R-Type but with its own quirks. You’ve got five levels of side-scrolling chaos, each with enemies that love ambushing you from weird angles. The blue power-ups they drop let you tweak your ship’s weapons, and honestly, I spent way too long debating between the magma spray and lasers (the guns feel weak later, but they’re great early on).

Boss fights are brutal but fair, and the levels actually look distinct—no copy-paste space backgrounds here. Dying sucks, but at least you can restart from the level you lost on (up to level 3, anyway). The built-in auto-fire is a godsend if you’re stuck playing on an emulator with a keyboard. It’s one of those rare shooters where you don’t feel totally handicapped without a joystick.

Definitely a hidden gem if you like your retro shooters with a bit of strategy in the weapon picks.
