Psycho Dream came out on the Super Nintendo in 1992, developed by Riot. It was one of those action platformers that felt a little different from the usual fare at the time, with a darker, more urban fantasy vibe than many of its contemporaries.

The pacing is fast, the difficulty is decently challenging without being unfair, and it all comes together in a way that feels solid and responsive.
