They actually feel like real places, not just copy-pasted hallways with random battles.
What really stuck with me were the characters. There's this one NPC, a traveling merchant who only sells suspiciously cheap "legendary" swords, and his dialogue lives rent-free in my head. The music's got that classic GBC charm too—catchy enough to hum along, but not so repetitive that it drives you nuts after a few hours.
