Play R.B.I. Baseball 4 Online
Step up to the plate with real MLB teams this time—no more vague city names—and crank homers in the new derby mode or mess with arcadey power-ups mid-game. Still the same fast baseball action, just with ‘91 rosters and a fresh coat of paint.

Game Overview
R.B.I. Baseball 4 is basically the same solid arcade-style baseball you remember from the earlier games, just with updated 1991 rosters. The first thing you’ll notice is that they finally got the team names and stadiums in there—no more generic "Chicago" or "New York" nonsense. It’s a small touch, but it makes a difference.
You can still play as classic teams going back to '83, which is fun if you’re nostalgic for older lineups. The new Home Run Derby mode is exactly what it sounds like—just swing for the fences—and Game Breakers adds some arcade-style power-ups to spice things up. The management mode lets you tweak your own team, though it’s pretty basic compared to deeper baseball sims.
If you liked the earlier R.B.I. games, this is more of the same, just a little shinier. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s a solid pick-up-and-play baseball fix for the Genesis.
