Play R.C. Pro-Am (Rev A) Online

Tiny RC cars race on twisty tracks—dodge oil slicks, fire missiles at rivals, and pray you don’t spin out on that last brutal turn. That little "pew" noise when you land a hit never gets old.

Game Overview

R.C. Pro-Am on the NES is one of those games that looks simple at first—tiny cars, basic tracks—but then suddenly you're white-knuckling the controller, swerving around oil spills and desperately grabbing missiles to take out the jerk in first place. It's like slot cars got into a fight with a shooter game, and somehow it works.

The controls feel tight, which matters when you're threading between obstacles at full speed. I kept crashing into walls at first, but after a few races, you start nailing those sharp turns. The power-ups are just chaotic enough—nothing like firing a missile backward and hearing that little explosion sound effect.

It's got that old-school difficulty curve where you either master the tracks or eat dust, but in a way that makes you want to try again instead of rage-quitting. Still holds up if you're into retro racers with actual teeth.
