Download Resident Evil 4 (Australia) (Bonus Disc) ROM โ Nintendo GameCube Game
Game Overview
I picked up Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube back in 2005, a Capcom release that felt like a real shift for the series on that console. It arrived at a time when the survival horror genre was still figuring out its next steps, and this game just pushed everything forward in a way that was immediately gripping.
You control Leon Kennedy, a government agent sent to a rural part of Europe to rescue the president's daughter. The main goal is straightforward, but getting there means fighting through villages and castles filled with hostile villagers, known as Ganados, who are not just mindless zombies. The over-the-shoulder aiming was a huge change; it made combat more direct and tense, forcing you to make every bullet matter. You also have to manage a very limited inventory, constantly deciding what to keep or discard, and solve environmental puzzles to progress. The pacing is relentless, with moments of quiet exploration suddenly broken by ambushes or boss fights. It feels like a constant, high-stakes struggle for survival where every resource counts.
