Resident Evil Code Veronica X came to the Nintendo GameCube in 2003, a port of the Dreamcast original developed and published by Capcom. Ammo and healing items are scarce, forcing careful planning and sometimes outright avoidance of enemies. The pacing is deliberate, almost slow, with a high difficulty that punishes careless play. It feels tense and methodical, a constant calculation of risk versus your dwindling resources.
