Run Saber came out for the Super Nintendo in 1993, developed by Horisoft and published by Atlus. You control one of three cybernetic warriors, each with a unique saber, and your goal is to fight through stages to stop a global catastrophe. The pacing is relentless, with enemies swarming from all directions, and the difficulty encourages quick reflexes and memorization.
