I picked up Scooby-Doo! Who's Watching Who for the Nintendo DS back in 2006, a time when licensed games were everywhere on the handheld. Published by THQ, it was one of those titles that tried to use the DS hardware in straightforward ways, fitting right in with the era's experimental but often simple touchscreen adventures.
You control the whole Mystery Inc. gang, switching between characters to use their specific skills; Fred sets traps, Velma examines clues with the stylus, and Daphne distracts suspects. The main goal is to solve cases by exploring locations screen by screen, collecting evidence, and eventually confronting the monster. A lot of the game involves tapping on environmental objects to find hidden items or using the microphone to blow away cobwebs, which breaks up the pacing between light puzzle sections. It's not particularly difficult, more of a relaxed, interactive cartoon than a challenging mystery, and it feels like directing your own slightly goofy episode of the show.
