Ever wanted to play a Gundam game where everyone’s chibi-sized and wearing medieval armor? Yeah, me neither—until I tried this weird little SNES RPG. You’ve got your usual turn-based battles, but with tiny knights who just happen to be Mobile Suits. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a Super Famicom game, and there’s something hilarious about watching a miniature Gundam swing a broadsword.

It’s got that classic 90s JRPG vibe—random encounters, towns full of NPCs spouting nonsense, and equipment menus you’ll spend way too long optimizing. The medieval twist on the Gundam lore is either charming or ridiculous depending on your mood. I will say, the difficulty spikes hard after the first few hours, so maybe don’t get too attached to your starter squad.

Definitely one of those "had to be there" games—either you’re into obscure SD Gundam spin-offs or you’ll wonder why anyone bothered. But if you’ve got a soft spot for janky retro RPGs, it’s a fun time capsule.
