This is the Game Boy version—same vibe, but with a tidy little action menu so you’re not guessing verbs.
You’re some poor hero sent to snatch a magic staff from a warlock, but mostly you’ll be squinting at pixelated rooms, tapping "LOOK" on everything, and accidentally walking into bottomless pits. The puzzles are brutal in that classic '80s way—expect to burn through half your inventory before figuring out how to open a single door. But when you finally outsmart a trap or piece together some obscure clue, it feels stupidly satisfying.
Fair warning: save often. The castle has a special talent for killing you in ways you didn’t even know were possible.
