Two mechanics stand out: Spark can dash quickly in any direction, which is essential for dodging enemies and crossing gaps, and he can also charge up a temporary shield that deflects projectiles. The pacing is methodical, almost puzzle-like at times, with a moderate difficulty that spikes during boss encounters. Playing it feels like carefully navigating a delicate, hazardous machine.
