Play SpeedRage Online
Pick a boat or buggy, then slide around slippery tracks while laughing at how ridiculous the crashes sound. The physics are nonsense, but you’ll kinda love it after wiping out a few times.

SpeedRage came out in 1996 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Telstar Electronic Studios. It was one of those mid-90s racing games that leaned into arcade chaos rather than realism, fitting right in with the era's appetite for fast, simple fun on home computers.
You control a small vehicle, either a boat or a buggy, racing on slippery, obstacle-filled tracks against computer opponents. The main goal is to finish first, but the real challenge comes from managing wild drifts and avoiding sudden crashes that send your vehicle spinning. Signature mechanics include the exaggerated, almost comical physics during collisions and the tight, slide-heavy handling that makes every turn a risk. The pacing is frantic, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, especially on later courses. It feels like controlled chaos, where every race is a mix of skill and sheer luck.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
