Play Spy Hunter on GBA Online
Dodge traffic in your tricked-out spy car, blasting enemy vehicles between slalom gates and hidden objectives—just watch out for surprise chicken swarms mid-mission.

Midway Games brought Spy Hunter to the Game Boy Advance in 2002, a time when portable gaming was really hitting its stride. It was a solid conversion of the classic arcade racer, fitting right in with the kind of fast-paced, pick-up-and-play action that worked so well on the GBA. You didn't need a deep story; you just needed a car and a road full of things to blow up.
You control an unnamed agent driving the high-tech G-6155 Interceptor. Your main objective is to survive wave after wave of enemy vehicles, from simple sedans to heavily armed vans and helicopters, all while navigating a winding, isometric highway. Signature mechanics include picking up weapon power-ups that transform your car, like machine guns and oil slicks, and the occasional transition into a speedboat for aquatic stages. The pacing is relentless, and the difficulty ramps up quickly, demanding sharp reflexes to dodge traffic and manage multiple threats. It feels like a constant, chaotic dance of evasion and aggression, where one wrong move sends you spinning off the road.
