Play Super Battletank - War in the Gulf (Rev A) Online
Cranking your tank through desert dunes, every shot counts—miss and you’re stuck watching that ammo counter tick down while enemy armor closes in. The creak of your turret turning feels as heavy as the consequences.

Game Overview
Super Battletank: War in the Gulf on SNES is one of those games that makes you feel like you're actually inside the tank—not just controlling some cartoonish war machine. The first thing you notice is how heavy everything feels: the slow turn of your turret, the way your shots arc over dunes, even the weight of managing your limited ammo. It’s not about spraying bullets; you’ve got to pick your shots or you’ll be defenseless when another T-72 rolls over the horizon.
I love how the missions throw you into these tense, almost claustrophobic battles—sometimes in tight city streets, other times in wide-open deserts where enemies can ambush you from any direction. The sound design nails it too: that metallic clang when your shell connects, the distant rumble of artillery. Just don’t expect to blast through this one mindlessly. You’ll get wrecked if you charge in like Rambo. It’s a slow, methodical kind of war, and that’s what makes it so satisfying when you finally clear a mission.
If you’ve got an SNES and want something grittier than the usual platformers, this tank sim still holds up surprisingly well.
