Super Buster Bros. (Rev A) came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990, developed and published by Capcom. You control one or two hunters who move across the bottom of the screen, aiming upward to shoot a harpoon at balloons that descend from above. The main objective is to pop all the balloons on each stage before they crush you. Your harpoon can split larger balloons into smaller, faster ones, adding a layer of strategy to the chaos. The game progresses screen by screen, with the difficulty ramping up quickly as enemy patterns become more complex and the playing field gets more crowded. It feels tense and immediate, demanding quick reflexes and careful aim to survive each onslaught.
