Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together is one of those rare remakes that actually makes an already-great game even better. It’s still the same deep, tactical RPG from the SNES era, but now with crisp 3D visuals that somehow keep the charm of the original’s art style intact. The battles feel weightier, with spells and attacks packing way more punch visually.

What really hooked me, though, was how your choices actually matter. Early on, you’ll hit a crossroads where picking one faction over another completely changes who joins your party—and even which maps you’ll fight on later. I restarted twice just to see how different it plays out. And yeah, if you got the pre-order, those tarot cards were a nice touch—Akihiko Yoshida’s art is always stunning.

It’s the kind of game where you’ll lose track of time tweaking your team’s gear mid-battle or agonizing over whether to recruit that enemy knight. If you like strategy RPGs at all, this is essential.
