Game Overview

Tele-Soccer was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, a simple sports title from the early 1990s. It was developed by a small team whose name doesn't ring many bells now, but it fit right in with the kind of straightforward, no-frills games that filled shareware catalogs and bargain bins back then. You didn't need a manual or a fancy setup; you just booted it up and got straight into the action.

You control one of two blocky players on a single screen, using the arrow keys to run around and a single button to kick the ball. The objective is basic: get the ball into your opponent's goal. The ball physics are bouncy and unpredictable, often sending the ball ricocheting off walls or players in wild directions. Matches are fast and silly, usually devolving into frantic scrambles in front of the net rather than any organized plays. It feels like trying to play actual soccer while riding a pogo stick.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
