Play Terminator, The on sega Online
Blast through Skynet’s army as Kyle Reese or the T-800—neon-lit streets, relentless Hunter-Killers, and that gnarly grenade launcher. Tough as nails, but nailing a perfect plasma shot makes it worth the pain.

Game Overview
Terminator on Sega Genesis is one of those games that throws you straight into the chaos—no hand-holding, just pulse rifles and Hunter-Killers from the jump. You play as either Kyle Reese or the T-800 (depending on the level), blasting through Skynet’s forces in a grimy, neon-lit future LA. The first thing you’ll notice? The soundtrack absolutely nails that eerie tech-noir vibe, and the sprite work somehow makes pixelated endoskeletons look terrifying.
It’s brutally hard, like "throw-your-controller" hard, but in a way that feels right for a Terminator game. You’ll die a lot—mostly to those stupid flying drones—but when you finally take down a towering endoskeleton or barely dodge a plasma shot, it’s weirdly satisfying. The weapons feel chunky, especially the grenade launcher, though good luck finding enough ammo for it.
Yeah, it’s janky in that classic ‘90s Sega way, but if you love the movies or just want a no-nonsense run-and-gun with attitude, this one’s worth the pain. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you about the sewer level.
