Konami nailed the look and feel of the 90s Batman animated series with this one. You jump right into Gotham’s grimy streets, punching thugs and dodging traps—classic Batman stuff. But what’s cool is how each level feels like its own little episode, with villains like Two-Face and Catwoman throwing totally different challenges at you. One minute you’re brawling through a museum in the dark, the next you’re chasing Catwoman across rooftops.

Before each mission, you get to pick your gear—batarangs are always handy, but sometimes you’ll regret not bringing the gas mask when you’re coughing through Joker’s poison. And yeah, if you mess up your loadout, you can always swing back to the Batcave and try again. The pixel art? Spot-on. It really feels like you’re playing through an episode of the show, right down to the way Batman’s cape flutters when he jumps.

Just don’t expect it to be easy—some of those boss fights will test your patience (looking at you, Penguin).
