Play Theme Park Online

You start with an empty lot, build coasters and food stands, then panic when your park turns into a vomit-covered disaster because you forgot trash cans. The saltier your fries, the more drinks they buy—it’s ruthless capitalism with a side of rollercoasters.

Game Overview

Theme Park on the Sega Genesis is one of those games where you blink and suddenly three hours have vanished. You start with a blank plot of land and this weirdly satisfying urge to cram in as many roller coasters as possible—but then you realize you forgot bathrooms, and suddenly half your visitors are storming out in frustration. Classic.

The real magic is in the little details. You’ll tweak the salt levels in your fries to make people thirstier (evil, but effective), watch janitors slowly lose their minds cleaning up vomit, and obsess over whether that Ferris wheel was really worth draining your entire budget. And just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, some rival park opens across the street with a ridiculous looping waterslide that steals all your customers.

Sandbox mode is great for messing around, but Full mode is where it gets properly addictive—balancing research, staff wages, and ride maintenance while trying not to go bankrupt. The graphics are charmingly chunky, and the music has this weirdly catchy carnival vibe that sticks in your head. It’s the kind of game where you’ll fail spectacularly at first, then suddenly it’s 2 AM and you’re micromanaging the price of umbrellas.
