Game Overview

Time And Magik bundles three classic Level 9 text adventures into one package—Lords of Time, Red Moon, and The Price of Magik—all polished up for the Amiga. If you remember Jewels of Darkness, this is the same idea, but with richer descriptions and a few puzzles smoothed out.

The 16-bit glow-up means the graphics pop a bit more, though let’s be honest, you’re mostly here for the writing. Each game weaves into the next, so you get this weirdly satisfying arc of time travel, lunar mysteries, and, well, magik (yes, spelled like that). It’s the kind of trilogy where you’ll accidentally spend an hour trying to figure out why that random rock was important.

Definitely one for the parser-adventure diehards, but if that’s you, it’s a solid way to lose an afternoon.
