Game Overview
Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix on PSP is basically THUG2 but with extra chaos—and four new cities to wreck. You start off as some random skater getting dragged into Tony Hawk and Bam Margera’s ridiculous "World Destruction Tour," where they split into rival teams and dare each other to pull off the dumbest stunts possible. I picked Team Hawk (obviously), and suddenly I’m grinding down power lines in Australia or dodging gators in New Orleans.
The goals are as over-the-top as you’d expect—like smashing into enough stuff to trigger a "destruction meter" or doing a handplant off a moving car. The new PSP-exclusive levels feel a little cramped compared to the console version, but it’s wild having this much content on the go. You still get all the customization stuff (designing tricks, decks, etc.), though no create-a-park for some reason. Oh, and if you’ve got friends with PSPs, the ad-hoc multiplayer turns into pure anarchy with four people bailing everywhere at once.
It’s not the prettiest port, but it’s still one of the best ways to wreck virtual cities while waiting for a bus.
