Play Trash It Online
Grab a ridiculous hammer and smash buildings into satisfyingly chaotic rubble—physics glitches and all. Even better with a friend, especially when you "accidentally" send debris flying their way.

Trash It came out in 1997 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, published by GT Interactive Software. It was one of those straightforward, unpretentious titles from the era, built for quick sessions and simple fun rather than deep storytelling or complex mechanics.
You control a character with a comically oversized hammer, moving from screen to screen with the goal of demolishing every structure in sight. The main objective is to reduce buildings to piles of debris, often while racing against a timer or competing with another player in split-screen mode. Signature mechanics include swinging your hammer to break walls piece by piece, dodging or triggering cascading collapses that can work for or against you, and sometimes dealing with quirky physics that send fragments flying in unpredictable directions. The pacing is fast and the difficulty comes from managing the chaos you create, especially when playing with a friend and trying to out-demolish each other. It feels silly and destructive in the best way possible.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
