Game Overview
Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins on PSP is basically the same brutal, old-school platformer you remember—just with a fresh coat of paint. Arthur’s back in his ridiculous armor, jumping stiffly through haunted forests and crumbling castles to save Prin Prin (again). The 3D visuals give it a nice polish, but don’t be fooled—this game will still murder you over and over.
You start with the classic double jump and awkwardly slow projectiles, but eventually unlock some new tricks like mid-air dashes and charged attacks. The Warp Keys are a nice touch, letting you backtrack for hidden armor upgrades or better weapons (because you’ll need them). And yeah, the Red Devils are still lurking, ready to ruin your day the second you misjudge a jump.
It’s unforgiving, but there’s something satisfying about finally nailing a level after a dozen tries. Just don’t throw your PSP.
