Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 on SNES is basically MK3 but cranked up—more fighters, more brutal combos, and way faster gameplay. The roster’s stacked with classics like Scorpion and Sub-Zero, plus some weird picks like Sheeva and Stryker. At first I thought the new run button would feel gimmicky, but it actually changes everything—matches get way more aggressive.
Blood and fatalities are still here (though the SNES version tones them down a bit), and the AI doesn’t mess around even on medium difficulty. The only downside? No Kabal or Kano in this version, which still bugs me. If you’re into old-school fighters, this one holds up better than most.
