Play Wedding Peach (Japan) Online
You slash demons with a rose scepter as magical girls in wedding dresses, bouncing between side-scrolling fights and leveling up sparkly attacks—pure '90s anime cheese in pixel form.

Wedding Peach for the Super Nintendo came out in 1995, developed by KSS. It's based on the magical girl anime of the same name, and it fits right in with the mid-90s SNES library of colorful, anime-inspired action games. You don't see many games like this outside of Japan, so it always felt like a curious, slightly obscure release to stumble upon.
You control one of the three main heroines, each with her own unique weapon and special attacks. The gameplay shifts between side-scrolling action stages and top-down exploration segments where you talk to NPCs and find key items. You fight through waves of enemies, collect hearts to power up your special moves, and face a boss at the end of each stage. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is manageable, though some boss patterns require memorization. Playing it feels like stepping directly into a mid-90s anime episode, complete with all the frills and sparkles.
