Play Wham! Online
Grab a buddy, pick a janky little ship, and blast each other through cramped caves—dodging wild weapons while your keyboard hand cramps up. The fast ships die easy, the slow ones feel like steering a fridge, and you'll argue about which is worse.

Wham! came out in 1998 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Avalanche Games. It was a time when simple, competitive two-player games were common, and this one fit right in with its straightforward, screen-by-screen approach. You and a friend each controlled a small ship, navigating through tight, maze-like caves filled with obstacles and hazards.
You pilot your ship using the keyboard, maneuvering through narrow passages while trying to blast your opponent with various weapons. The main goal is to destroy the other player's ship before they get you, often in short, intense matches. Signature mechanics include collecting power-ups that change your weapon, dodging environmental traps, and using the cramped level design to trap or ambush your rival. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty comes from both the opponent and the unforgiving level layouts. It feels chaotic and immediate, like a quick, frantic duel where every mistake costs you.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
