Wolfenstein 3D on the GBA is a weird little miracle—somehow they crammed the granddaddy of FPS games onto a tiny cartridge. You play as B.J. Blazkowicz, basically the original video game badass, sneaking through Nazi strongholds with a pistol that feels way too small at first. The maze-like corridors look blocky as hell now, but back then? Mind-blowing.
It’s still surprisingly playable, though the controls take some getting used to on a handheld. Expect a lot of frantic strafing while dodging bullets from guys in SS uniforms. Pro tip: save your ammo for the bosses unless you want to knife-fight a mecha-Hitler.
Not bad for a game that probably shouldn’t work on a GBA at all.
