Play World Masters Golf Online
Swing timing matters—you’ll curse those bunkers but grin when the ball arcs cleanly over the water. Eight-player tournaments get chaotic fast.

World Masters Golf on SNES is one of those early golf games that actually holds up surprisingly well. The four courses look decent for the time—smooth shaded greens, water hazards that’ll wreck your score, and bunkers that feel way too deep once you’re stuck in them. You can jump into a quick match, go full tournament mode, or just mess around in practice to get the swing timing right.
What I like is how flexible it is—you can play solo, against a friend, or even set up an eight-player tournament if you’ve got enough controllers (and patience). Creating your own golfer is fun, too—nothing too deep, but enough to make it feel like yours. And that Mode 7 camera following your ball mid-flight? Still satisfying to watch, even if your shot ends up in the rough.
It’s not the flashiest golf sim out there, but it’s got charm and just enough depth to keep you coming back for one more round.
