Worms Armageddon on Game Boy Color is basically the ultimate version of Worms 2, packed with way more chaos than before. You still get those ridiculous turn-based battles where you angle your bazooka just right (or horribly wrong) while the wind messes with your shots, but now there’s a ton of new stuff to blow up. Sixteen extra weapons, including the gloriously over-the-top Holy Hand Grenade, plus exploding cows because why not?
What I love is how much personality the teams have now—custom flags, victory songs, even gravestones when your worms inevitably bite the dust. The single-player campaigns actually feel worth playing this time, and unlocking new schemes keeps the weapons fresh. Oh, and the worms can finally backflip, which is useless but hilarious.
Even years later, fans kept updating it—fixing bugs, adding mod support, and making sure it runs on modern systems. It’s one of those games where every match feels like its own little disaster movie.
