Game Overview
New York's gone to hell—kids are vanishing, gangs rule the streets, and honestly, someone's gotta do something. That someone is you, the Black Manta, a ninja with a grudge and some seriously cool tricks up his sleeve. You start off with basic slashes and jumps, but soon you're blinking through walls, turning invisible, and generally making thugs regret their life choices.
The levels are these grimy, neon-soaked slices of the city where you're either rescuing kids or beating answers out of goons (sometimes both). I got stuck for way too long in the subway level until I realized one of the hostages actually points toward hidden paths if you pay attention. Classic NES jank, but the kind that makes you feel smart when you figure it out.
