Play WWF WrestleMania 2000 (J) Online
Throw your friends through tables, customize ridiculous wrestlers, and argue over who cheated when someone finally lands a Stone Cold Stunner. Pure late-'90s couch chaos.

WWF WrestleMania 2000 came out for the Nintendo 64 in 1999, developed by Asmik Ace Entertainment. It was one of the better wrestling games on the system, arriving when the N64 was still the place to go for multiplayer brawls with friends. The game captured the over the top personalities and rivalries of the WWF at the time, letting you step into the ring as your favorite wrestlers without a lot of fuss.
You control a wrestler from a roster that includes The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Mankind. The main goal is to win matches by pinfall, submission, or knockout, either against the computer or other players. Signature mechanics include a grapple system where you initiate moves based on directional inputs, a momentum meter that builds as you perform attacks, and the ability to use foreign objects like steel chairs when the referee isn't looking. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike during single player mode, especially in later tournaments. It feels like a Saturday afternoon spent arguing with friends over who really won that last match.
