Zombi Amiga came out in 1986 from Ubi Soft Entertainment Software, a time when the Amiga was showing what home computers could really do with graphics and sound. You control a small group of survivors trapped inside a shopping mall overrun by the undead. Your main goal is to find enough fuel to escape, which means carefully exploring the building screen by screen. You switch between characters to solve environmental puzzles and manage your very limited supplies, like bullets and first aid kits. Combat is tense and deliberate; you aim your shots, and wasting ammo can mean a quick death. The pacing is slow, methodical, and often unforgiving. It feels like a desperate struggle for every inch of ground.
