Play Zool (Europe) Online

You play as a sugar-rush ninja blasting through candy-colored levels—overshooting jumps, dodging cartoon enemies, and trying not to eat spikes at mach speed. It’s janky but weirdly addictive once you get the hang of it.

Game Overview

Zool on the Game Boy is this weirdly charming, hyperactive platformer where you play as a ninja from another dimension—or something like that. It’s got that early '90s energy where everything moves way too fast and the colors are cranked up to neon levels. Feels like someone took Sonic’s speed, Mario’s jumping, and then threw in a bunch of Chupa Chups ads (yeah, really).

First few minutes? You’re bouncing off candy wrappers, dodging enemies that look like they escaped from a Saturday morning cartoon, and trying not to faceplant into spikes. The controls take a second to get used to—sometimes you’ll overshoot a platform because Zool just zooms. But once it clicks, it’s oddly satisfying in that old-school, punishing-but-fair way. Not quite Mario, but definitely its own kind of chaotic fun.
