Play Zool on Snes Online

Play as a caffeinated alien ninja bouncing off walls, blasting enemies, and grabbing wild power-ups across six frantic worlds. The speed’s ridiculous, the music slaps, and that clone power-up never gets old.

Game Overview

Zool on SNES is this weirdly charming platformer where you play as a hyperactive gremlin ninja from another dimension. He’s crash-landed on Earth and decides the best way to pass the time is to, well, become an actual ninja. The game throws you straight into six colorful worlds—each split into three chaotic stages—where you’ll be wall-jumping, blasting enemies, and scrambling for power-ups like extra lives, shields, and this hilarious "twin" clone that mimics your moves a few seconds later.

What I love is how fast it moves. Zool controls like he’s had way too much sugar, sliding and bouncing off walls while you try not to get wrecked by the enemies swarming every level. The music’s a funky little bonus too—you can actually switch between rock and funk tracks in the options, which is a weird but cool touch. Just don’t expect it to go easy on you, even on normal difficulty.

It’s one of those games that feels simple at first but gets surprisingly tough when the platforms get smaller and the jumps get meaner. If you’re into old-school platformers with attitude, Zool’s worth a spin.
