Game Overview

10 Out Of 10 is one of those old-school Amiga games that makes learning English weirdly fun. You get six minigames, each with its own little twist—some feel like puzzles, others like quick reflexes tests, and one’s basically a grammar-themed Snakes and Ladders. My favorite was Sniper, where you click letters in order as they scroll by (feels more satisfying than it should). Cover-Up’s a race against the clock, and Word Fit’s like a tiny crossword where nothing can overlap—simple, but it makes you think.

The nursery rhyme one, Grab It!, is cute—you pick the missing word from bouncing dolls, and Librarian has you sorting letters or words like books on a shelf. Cheers is the odd one out, a board game where you answer grammar questions to move forward. The grading system keeps things lighthearted—nothing like seeing "Pathetic" pop up after a rough round to make you try again.

It’s definitely aimed at kids, but there’s a charm to how straightforward it all is. And hey, you get a printable certificate at the end, which feels like a weirdly nice touch for an Amiga game.
