Game Overview

This GBA cart is basically two great games for the price of one, and they couldn’t be more different. Columns is that classic gem-matching puzzle game—you’re swapping colored blocks to make them disappear before they pile up too high. Simple, but weirdly satisfying when you pull off a big chain reaction.

Then there’s Chu Chu Rocket, which is… well, it’s chaos. You’re drawing arrows on a grid to steer these dopey little mice toward their rocket while cats try to intercept them. The first few levels ease you in, but before long, you’re frantically scribbling paths as everything descends into adorable rodent panic. It’s the kind of game where you fail miserably and immediately go, "Okay, one more try."

Both hold up surprisingly well on the small screen. Perfect for short bursts or long bus rides if you’re feeling nostalgic.
