Play 3-D Tic-Tac-Toe Online
You stare at a glowing green cube, plotting X's and O's across four stacked grids while the AI sneaks in winning lines you didn’t see coming—suddenly tic-tac-toe feels like chess in 3D.

Game Overview
3-D Tic-Tac-Toe takes that old playground game and throws it into a cube—literally. You’ve got four layers of 4x4 grids stacked on top of each other, and suddenly winning isn’t just about left-to-right. The computer starts dropping X’s in places you didn’t even think to check, and before long, you’re squinting at the screen trying to spot diagonal lines cutting through all three dimensions.
The green phosphor glow and that classic MS-DOS aesthetic make it feel like you’ve time-traveled to 1985, but the gameplay? Still weirdly addictive. The AI’s got this way of lulling you into a false sense of security before pulling off some ridiculous four-move setup you never saw coming. It’s the kind of game where you lose three rounds in a row, mutter "one more try," and then accidentally trap yourself in a no-win scenario.
Perfect for when you want something simple but secretly brutal. Just don’t blame me when you start seeing tic-tac-toe grids in your sleep.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
