Play Age Of Empires - The Age Of Kings Online
Command knights and archers across grid-based battlefields, balancing town-building with tactical skirmishes—Joan of Arc’s spearmen hold the line while your trebuchets slowly lumber into position. The touch controls work once you stop accidentally sending cavalry into lakes.

Game Overview
Age of Empires: The Age of Kings on DS takes the classic RTS formula and turns it into something that actually works surprisingly well on a handheld. Instead of frantic clicking, you’re moving units tile by tile—kinda like chess, but with trebuchets and angry Mongols.
The touchscreen makes commanding your army feel natural, though I’ll admit I fat-fingered a few cavalry charges into disaster early on. You’ll spend half your time building up your town (because no one wins wars without farms, apparently) and the other half trying not to get your hero unit killed. Speaking of heroes, Joan of Arc basically carries the Franks, while Genghis Khan… well, he lives up to the hype.
Five civilizations to pick from, and each one plays differently—the Japanese are quick but fragile, while the Britons love their longbows. It’s not as deep as the PC version, but for a DS game, it’s shockingly strategic. Just don’t expect to finish a campaign in one sitting.
