Game Overview

Antkill is one of those weird little MS-DOS games that somehow gets its hooks in you—like, you boot it up thinking "eh, just a quick try," and suddenly an hour's gone by. You play as this tiny ant scrambling through a maze full of traps, enemies, and who-knows-what-else, and every level feels like a fresh puzzle. The controls are dead simple, but the challenge? Brutal in the best way.

It’s got that classic DOS vibe—no fancy graphics, just pure, unfiltered gameplay. The first time I played, I got squished by a falling rock almost immediately. By level three, I was fully invested, leaning into the screen like that’d help my ant dodge faster. There’s something weirdly satisfying about memorizing trap patterns and barely squeaking past the finish line.

If you’ve got a soft spot for old-school PC games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a hidden little nightmare (in a good way). Just don’t blame me when you’re still playing at 2 AM.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
